A. Yes, the services are included in the monthly fee. We will review the scope of work that is included so that you know exactly what to expect. We strive to take the worry and hassle out of home ownership.
Q. Is your service 24 hours a day, 365 days per year?
A. Yes, a team member will answer your call at any time. Emergency services are provided when you need them.
Q. Is there a cancellation policy?
A. Yes, all membership plans are yearly but can be cancelled early depending on the package.
Q. Is this a handyman service?
A. Yes, and it is much, much more. Our handy men are trained for light/medium jobs. For larger jobs like HVAC, we enlist our network of professional service providers.
Q. My parents would like the home check done monthly. Is that an option?
A. Yes, we have many ways to customize a plan that is right for you and your parents

A. Yes, after work is performed, we make sure the work is done to your standards.
